Parlour Events was created by Matt Gillan and Hannah Bamford-Heron, the team behind Heritage restaurant, to provide full service events management & catering across Sussex and the South East. We pride ourselves on creating experiences conceived out of the box, with creativity and ingenuity, delivered precisely and professionally.
Parlour's passion is hospitality and we instil our ethos for friendly, personal service with creativity, versatility and flair in everything we do, from the minute you contact us. We will work together with you to create the perfect party, whether its your wedding, a special celebration or corporate event. From the moment you get in touch our experienced and dedicated events managers will work with you to realise your vision.
Every event is unique, so our team will create a package that is completely bespoke to you, from creating signature cocktails, accommodating dietary restrictions to tailoring dishes to a special theme, no request is too outlandish and we welcome your thoughts and ideas.

Matt has been living & breathing fine dining for most of his career, before opening his flagship restaurant, Heritage, back in 2019. He brings a comprehensive understanding of food, and works closely with every client to offer a tailored experience that reflects your personal tastes, with Parlour's signature twists.
Operations Manager
Hannah Bamford-Heron
Hannah has worked in both events and fine-dining for the last 15 years, working alongside Matt for the last 7. Hannah and her team will work with you to help take the stress out of planning, from curate the overall design of your event, creating beautiful settings and characterful table displays, signature drinks and more.

The service and the food for the whole weekend was exceptional and our guests were blown away. Jack’s creativity and talent with the canapés and our Wedding Breakfast shone through; us and our guests are still talking about the food to this day, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
